MARISSA MURPHY

 

Marissa Murphy brings extensive experience in the development and execution of communication campaigns for multi-hospital systems and healthcare companies. With a demonstrated track record of success in delivering growth in market share, volume and revenue for multi-hospital systems and healthcare companies, her work spans comprehensive internal and external communications plans, crisis communications, brand positioning, and media outreach.


Prior to joining the firm, Murphy served as Director of Business Development for Alaris Home Health Care in New York, N.Y., where she directed branding, public relations and marketing strategies, while integrating social media to capture emerging opportunities within the home healthcare industry. Prior to Alaris, Murphy worked at various hospitals within HCA and TriStar Health Systems, where she was responsible for marketing during a peak expansion period and a merger with Tennessee Christian Medical Center. Murphy also served as a Market Manager for the American Diabetes Association in Nashville. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee.
