Sierra Mcmillan
Sierra McMillan brings a fresh perspective to healthcare communications, blending her interests in social media, grassroots organization, strategic marketing and media outreach. McMillan also brings a passion for carrying an organization’s message to national and international forums.
Prior to Jarrard Inc., McMillan wrote and developed a comprehensive communication plan for TN CASA, a state-wide non-profit organization. She also served as the advertising and public relations director of Up ‘til Dawn, an annual collegiate fundraiser which raises more than $81,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and as the volunteer coordinator and program leader for the Boys & Girls Club of Rutherford County. McMillan received her B.S. in Journalism/Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University and spent time in Morelia, Mexico in a pre-professional study abroad program. She is a PRSA member.
