Kristen Hayner
Kristen Hayner brings the discipline of politics and strategic message development to healthcare campaigns. As former press secretary to the House Republican Caucus of the Tennessee General Assembly, she understands the interplay between media, elected officials and the constituents they serve.
Prior to moving to Nashville, Hayner worked in Washington, D.C., as an assistant speechwriter and intern to Senator Bill Frist. She also served as a White House intern in the president’s speechwriting office, as well as a newsroom intern with WKOW-TV in Madison, Wisconsin. Hayner received a B.A. in political science from Johns Hopkins University and an M.Ed. in organizational leadership from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College. She also is on the leadership team of Ellie’s Run for Africa, a Nashville-based 5K charity race that benefits children in Africa.
