Molly Cate
Molly Cate brings unique media, messaging and grassroots campaign experience to the firm’s clients. Cate also authors the firm’s widely read industry newsletter, Inside Baseball, which covers Nashville’s tight-knit healthcare community. Cate has worked closely with the Nashville Health Care Council on special projects, including the Family Tree and Industry History.
Prior to founding the firm, Cate was an advisor in the Healthcare Practice of The Ingram Group. Previously, she covered Nashville’s $64 billion healthcare industry for the Nashville Post Magazine, Nashvillepost.com, and The Nashville Business Journal. She began her career
as a reporter for the Chattanooga Times Free Press.
Cate earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, trained in Crisis Communications and Negotiations at the Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiations. Her work as a healthcare reporter earned the Tennessee Hospital Association’s Community Service Award. In addition, she is a Board Member of Leadership Healthcare, a member of the Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team and a member of the Nashville Women’s Political Caucus.
